The JSD workshop. A spanking new facility, spread across a 5,000 sq.ft. area,with a floor area of over 30,000sq.ft., decked with the very latest in garment manufacturing technology that one comes to hear of today

JSD's wholly and solely owned manufacturing unit has an adequate production capacity of over 60,000 pieces of garments every month. The unit is equipped with the very latest in Garment making machines and finishing equipment and technology. The production lines are well laid out to ensure smooth and timely work flow. No wonder, JSD has been able to maintain the strictest quality control and timely delivery with its in-house production facility.

The Administration Block is laid out on a 2,500 sq.,ft including 600sq.,ft.area, followed by the 5,000 stitching & 2,500 Cutting unit on a 5,000 sq.ft. area. Next comes the Finishing unit on a 5,000 sq.ft. area, And finally, the storage unit, a 5,000 sq.ft. expanse with the best of storage facilities. The facility also boasts an Exhibition cum Display area 600 sq.ft. Along with the current outlook of JSD as mentioned, the organisation is also well prepared for the future challenges which might be posed by the world Garments market.
